The following page shows our policies and conditions with our product shipping.
Return Policy
All sales from MAGPIE MADNESS are final. There will be no returns or exchanges unless there is a sizing error with apparel. Please contact us within 10 days or else your exchange cannot be processed. If returned back to us, it must be placed in the same packaging as shipped or else we will not accept your return. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees during the return process.
Handling Process
The handling process can take 2-10 days on a normal day. If orders are high or shipping supplies are low it can take longer. Questions and comments can be asked at our email provided in the "contact" section of the website.
Preorders
Preorders are orders that you place before the item is created. Meaning that if you preorder an item it can take a longer estimated time for the item to be shipped to you. More information on estimated shipping and handling dates can be found on the item description you plan to preorder.

Covid-19 Shipping Information

Due to Covid-19 we are experiencing shipping delays. We are not responsible for delayed shipping on any packages.

Holiday Shipping

If you're looking to order for a specific holiday, we advise that you order a month in advanced. Again, we are not responsible for any late shipments after it has been sent to the post office.
Lost and Missing Packages
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/MISSING PACKAGES.
If any package has gotten lost/missing during transit, we unfortunately cannot help. Refunds and replacements are not provided.
We advise that you regularly check your tracking number provided with the shipment notification given to you.
We can a file a missing claim for you, but if the shipment on the package reports it "Delivered', it may not process.
Incorrect Address
If an address is incorrectly given, after it's shipped out we cannot replace it.
Wrong Order
If you've received the wrong order please email s about it immediately. We will do everything we can to replace it. If the item if a final run or a preorder, we unfortunately cannot replace it.
